Episode 23 :: Kimberley Coastal Camp Too!
Airs Saturday 28th May @ 4:30pm on Channel 10, ONE and Southern Cross.
ET and his wife Monique continue their exploration of the rugged land and seascapes around Kimberley Coastal Camp in one of the remotest corners of North Western Australia. They discover ancient rock art left by the original inhabitants of this enchanted country, and enough fishing excitement to fill several holidays. First target species is the Black Jewfish, with great fights on rods and rigs of different weights. And back home in NSW, ET's mate Tony Didio matches the northern Jewies with a magnificent Mulloway off the rocks. Hitting the Kimberley reefs, our happy campers come up with a haul of Coral Trout – and share their catch with the local Sea Eagles. There's also Kingfish and Whiting, and chef Paul Breheny serves up char grilled Moreton Bay Bug with a Quinoa and Ruby Red Grapefruit Salad.
