Krista Vendy / Go Karts
Today I not only get to indulge my passion for motorsport but I get to do it with a friend, Australian actress Krista Vendy.
Krista and I are about to go go-kart racing. Now karting has become a serious sport. These S-club karts get up to 120 km an hour.
Our kart of choice is the Yamaha KT100S - with a single cylinder, 2-stroke, piston valve engine.
David Sera is a go-kartin' young gun. In 2002, he was National Junior Champion. He knows this track backwards, and it's always good to get a few tips from an old hand….

Remember I said these karts can do 120? Well let me tell you, when there's only a couple of centimetres between your butt and the bitumen, it feels like 320!

I'm telling you in the celebrity race she drove like a maniac….I do have a bit of competition here.
The belle from Ballarat always had her sights set on the stage and screen.
