Mulloway steaks with
sultanas
INGREDIENTS
4 mulloway
steaks
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sultanas
½ lemon
Salt & pepper
½ cup white wine
½ cup flour
METHOD
Soak sultanas
in wine for 1 hour. In a plastic bag add flour, salt & pepper.
Add mulloway and shake till fish is coated. Melt butter and olive
oil in frypan. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat each side.
Add wine and sultanas; simmer till fish is cooked. Place fish
on plate, squeeze lemon juice over; top with remaining liquid
& sultanas. |
