Exotic Tastes with Peter Doyle

WARM TUNA SALAD

INGREDIENTS

1 piece of tuna loin approx 500g
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup honey
½ cup virgin olive oil
Salad mix

METHOD

Brush tuna with olive oil and char grill for approx 30 seconds on each side. Set aside. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar and honey. Arrange salad greens on plate. Slice tuna into ¼ inch pieces. Drizzle over dressing. Serve.
